Angelique
A 4,000 year old vampire, blood sister to Divia and Ricze; lover to LaCroix, she is there to make sure August dies. Last WAR, August used Angelique's Immortal brother Micah for some of her sick little vampire games. Angelique was not amused. So she and her two Black Leopard Carouches joined the anti-August brigade.
Angelique is the Head of the enforcers, and acts as the liaison to the agency. When Willow stumbled into One's Computers and was taken in by Michael and Nikita, she and the other Enforcers extracted her and procured a Team of One's best for the mission of finding and returning Jenny Schanke to her father and removing August.
Ciaran
The Enforcers team lead, next in the chain of command, now that Ricze is missing, to Angelique.
Wanders into New Salem in search of his ex-wife/lover Màire knowing that she has probably slipped away to help her master.
This being a wee bit of a problem since Ciaran openly despises LaCroix. The feeling is quite mutual. LaCroix and Ciaran first met when they were both very much mortal. Ciaran's clan was attacked by a troop of Roman soldiers, led by guess who. Most of his family died during the massacre. Homeless, he traveled through the hielands until a fateful evening when Sine brought him across.
Well after he and Angelique were involved, he decided he liked being an enforcer for her squad. Màire is not amused, causing much friction in an already shaky relationship

A master Martial artist in his mortal years, he was brought across during the time of the construction of the Great Wall. He was a high ranking officer in the Chinese Imperial army, and an advisor to the Emperor.
His Master is unknown, and he spent over 200 years as a solitary vampire, honing his fighting skills, and feeding off China's enemies.
Angelique found him, and recruited him into her elite Enforcers squad, in her own intimate way, where he is one of her team leads.
